Roosevelt – Night Moves

This guy.. So often I find myself consumed by a song only to find that Roosevelt sprinkled his skill all over it. This song is electric with a perfect danceable beat, and of course those silky vocals.

Speaker of the House – Modern Slang

If I could pick the perfect name for a House music producer, this would be it. And the music lives up to the quality of the name. Intricate beat with brilliant contrasting elements. Pool party music.

Klyne – Break Away

Beginning with nothing more than a jungle-style drum beat beneath some smooth vocals, and yet the vibe conveyed is totally unique and utterly captivating.

LEISURE – Got It Bad

Soaring summery psyche-rock vibes on their debut “Got It Bad”, keep your eyes on these guys from New Zealand. I'd like to hear these guys live at a festival.

Zero 7 – Don't Call It Love

Infectious. Make sure you give yourself a few listens to get into this one, because once it grows on you, it’s going to be one of those songs you listen to 10 times a day.

Speaker of the House – Seein' Stars

Juicy melodies and synth overlays set a dance-friendly feel from the get-go, complemented by a repetitious hook. Low ends are subtly incorporated into the mix, transforming "Seein' Stars" into a club hit. From the nuanced fills to impeccable mixing and mastering, this is a track that should live well beyond its time in the dance world.

Goldroom – Till Sunrise

Guess where I want to be? On the beach in 85 degree weather listening to this song. Palm trees, warm water, beers and cocktails in hand. I think I may have been destined to be a beach bum.

Darkly. – Touch

The UK electronic R&B scene has been blowing up lately, and here's a prime example of some unique sounds coming from over the pond. Have love song, have power ballad, this one gets a spot on Beat Potion, for sure.

OnCue – Angry Young Man

Just one more cigaretteeee... Alright, one more OnCue song. This dude. Man, Im surprised he isnt more popular than he is (he does have a ton of devout listerns, dont get me wrong). Id like to see this guy get everything he wants. Great music.

Flight Facilities – Two Bodies feat. Emma Louise

Best vocals ever? Flight Facilities is an Australian electronic producer duo that also performs as Hugo & Jimmy. In 2009, they began mixing songs by other artists before crafting their own original material. The duo consists of Hugo Gruzman and James Lyell. Their debut album, Down to Earth was released in October 2014 and features prominent names in the industry such as Kylie Minogue, Emma Louise, Reggie Watts, Bishop Nehru, Owl Eyes, and Stee Downes.
